Order Processing

At Down Under Research Labs, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Services

All Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Post.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

• Metro Areas: 1–2 business days

• Regional Areas: 2–4 business days

• Express Shipping: $15 AUD Flat Rate

• FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $200 AUD

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, photographs and a description of the issue.
